The Performance Handicap Racing Fleet (PHRF) of Southern California Regional Championship Regatta was held on August 17-18, 2024, in the ocean off Newport Beach, CA.
The 2-day event, hosted by Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club (BCYC), featured a Windward/Leeward Division with multiple races each day…and a Random Leg Division with one race each day.
